The Vocal Pad SDK provides Game Developers a customizable toolkit for building real time voice interaction gameplays.

The Vocal Pad SDK is great build vocal or multimodal interfaces (e.g.: manage movements with buttons, and say boom to blow things up, and hop to jump above obstacles).

It can both be adapted to give a vocal dimension to an existing game or to develop original game plays.

The key features of the Vocal Pad are:

  • Blowing interaction: 2 levels blow detection to make bubbles, blow candles or make wind...

  • Attack detector: robust Fat Attack detector, attack counter to shoot objects, run and jump...

 

The Vocal Pad SDK 1.0 is now available on Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and PC. This solution is the core of the vocal game play in the award winning game Maestro! Jump In Music by Neko / Pastagames.
